Your High-Value Audience

At our events, you’ll be part of an exclusive group of partners: our speed dating sessions typically bring together 10–20 individuals, while our spin the bottle mixers can accommodate 30–60 participants. Most attendees are medium- to high-income and are visiting your establishment for the first time. Many will make immediate purchases of drinks or food, with some choosing to stay for a full dinner. Our goal is to ensure attendees have an enjoyable experience that will make them want to return to your venue again and again.

Our Simple Venue Necessities

To ensure a smooth and successful event that takes the stress out of hosting, we only need a few simple things from your space:

Time & Availability

  • Flexible Scheduling: We plan events around your slow nights, typically scheduling sessions at 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm. Weekends are also a great option.
  • Duration: Events last about 2 hours for a single session or 4 hours for a double-session event.

Ideal Space Configuration

  • Seating: Participants require small tables where they can sit facing each other. Two-tops or long tables work perfectly (we provide small number signs). Bar seating or sofas can also be utilized, but tables are the preferred setup.
  • Mixer Needs: Our SpinTheBottle® Singles Mixers only need a large, semi-private space and bar access.

Atmosphere & Environment

  • Low Noise Zone: The most crucial element is a friendly ambiance with low noise. We need a time or area free of live or loud music so participants can comfortably converse and connect.
  • Privacy: A dedicated area or zone where people can talk quietly with a bit of privacy is a major benefit.
